This pool is heated by lava! When they dug a well on this property they accidentally hit an underground geothermal hot spring, which is heated by magma under the earth! So now when they fill their pool it fills at hot tub temperature water! We have been traveling Costa Rica for a few weeks now and have been blown away by the scenery, the wildlife, and also the unique accommodations.
