West Bolton Cliffs and Gap

I took a flight in the Upper West Bolton Cliffs and gap on the last clear sunny day we had and it was a beautiful sight from up there! This area is used by many rock climbers every year, as well as hikers and local residents. There are several moderate to extreme rock face walls, as well as The Crags at the beginning of the gap in Bolton. The cliffs I flew are at 1600 feet and the round, snow capped peak behind it is at 2000 feet! You can see Camel's Hump to the south of the gap, Mt. Mansfield to the North of it and a clear view straight out to the Champlain Valley. Quite the unique and beautiful area.
