Cherry Lemonade 🍒 🍋 Ingredients 2 lemons sliced 300-400 g cherries washed (unpitted) 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar or to taste 1.5 lt water for concentrate Additonal water to dilute Instructions 1. In a large saucepan, combine cherries, lemon slices, sugar, and 1.5 liters of water. Stir to mix. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 10 minutes. 3. Turn off the heat. Use a potato masher or wooden spoon to mash the cherries and lemons. 4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large jug or container. Discard solids. 5. Chill the cherry lemonade concentrate in the fridge until it is completely cool. 6. To serve, dilute the concentrate with cold water until the flavor is just right for you. Add more sugar if needed. 7. Serve chilled or over ice.
