Pinc Woodlands College offers a unique, inclusive pathway into education and employment for neurodivergent young people aged 16-24. Based at a working site with Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, Pinc Woodlands brings learning outdoors - combining conservation, wellbeing, and real-world skills in the growing green sector. Students take part in hands-on woodland management, habitat surveys, river monitoring, and site maintenance, while working towards accredited qualifications ranging from Level 2 and 3 Diplomas to extended diplomas that can support progression to university. The green sector faces a significant skills gap, and Pinc Woodlands College is helping to build a more diverse, welcoming future workforce - supporting students to thrive, grow in confidence, and find a place where they truly belong. “Pinc College is a place where I feel welcome. It’s built me up as a person. Coming here has made a massive change to my life.”
