To add a bit more onto this that didnt make the cut: I honestly dont want a lot of things to be nerfed. I feel like there are a few outliers such as Conduit and Rods that truly deserve a nerf but most things that are currently strong are fairly balanced. They might seem "overtuned" and that is due to the fact that the majority of the game is undertuned. I feel like the power of current Gas Arrow post 60% nerf, i.e.: simple campaign, decent t1-10 waystones, decent t10+ w/ 10-20 Ex, decent t15+ w/ ~50-100 Ex is what most builds should be like. In PoE 1, most skills and builds were exactly like that where with just a tiny bit of money they did really well and we didnt have this fanaticism that is showing up in PoE 2. In PoE 1 we had a lot of good endgame builds with a few extremely strong endgame builds and no one really had an issue with it unless one of those builds costed 1-2 div in total to do what a 50+ div build could do. Right now in PoE 2 we have 2 builds that are extremely strong endgame builds with maybe 5-6 good builds behind it and 30+ horribly undertuned builds which is why I feel like things feel bad and the current sentiment is the way it is. More builds need their floor raised and then balancing should go from there. I also want to mention Temporalis because I forgot: The Choir of the Storm interaction will be deleted as it bricks servers and GGG isint ok with that. They will keep Temp very strong as its hard to obtain, but it will be toned down slightly.
