Flite Test Simple Cub in 20+mph Winds

About a month ago I saw that Flite Test was going to do a live build along, so a new pilot and I built this plane together. It turned out pretty well, and I later painted it red and black. The other pilot is still a student, and I'm not an instructor yet, so I had to fly it and he couldn't buddy box. This is on the old Power Pack B with a 9x4.5 prop. Funny story, I planned to have this video out by lunch, since I was going to fly early and then put together a video, but the car battery died, and that delayed me by more than an hour. This is the world's best plane for learning rudder, and it will make you a much better pilot if you fly bank n' yank. If you do build this, put some oversized wheels on it, since then it will have better ground handling. The push rods also need to be reinforced (I used barbecue skewers) to prevent them from flexing. At the very end of the last flight the wind really picked up and went over 20mph. I got greedy and attempted to land really slow, and I did, but a little harder than I would have liked ;) Luckily this flying tank took it without any damage. I tried to fly one last time after this, and It couldn't take off due to the high winds :( Of course, as I was leaving the field the wind died down!
