Black and White Flower Mandala | Mandala Dot Art Rock Painting Tutorial

A white background for a mandala is tricky! I noticed long ago that it tends to show the tiniest flaws, dust, specks, etc. If anything is wrong the resin is going to put a spotlight on it and the camera is going to make sure everyone sees it! I almost scrapped this entire video but I persisted! And boy did it ever turn out!!! I think this is so glamorous looking! It could fit in anywhere! It could be elegant, psychedelic, retro, modern... I mean? That's cool! When touching up white paint I think I'm learning the secret is that the paint must be thin coats and not just glopped on. I think raised white paint creates a shadow that points itself out. Not to mention most white paints crack when applied too thick. So just be patient and do coats if need be. Also maybe be sure that your kiddo didn't toss a regular color pencil in the watercolor pencil spot! 🤣😆🤣 Beggars can't be choosers I suppose... I was stealing her art supplies! hahaha! That'll teach me eh? I'm thinking of buying a new color for my art desk! Are you guys noticing the Paint list shot at the end of the video? I'm just taking a picture of the paints I use and tossing in a glimpse of them so that you don't have to keep up with it while I'm painting. Someone asked for a list and I'm hoping this will do.
