A solo adventure on the welsh TET with my Tenere 700. I did the route from south to north, dabbling into Pembrokeshire for 1.5 days along some of the "Tetty" south west section. I veered off the TET mid wales as I was recommended the Elan Valley roads near Rhayader. It was so worth doing, especially on an adventure bike, as the roads were fantastic - this video doesn't do it any justice.. Next time I do this trip I will do a mix of camping & hotels because the accommodation was quite scarce & pricey up near Snowdonia. Instead of spending another 2x £160 night stays I decided to come home on Day 8 and save that money towards some camping gear & plenty of nights stay in the future :-) I don't like pre-booking accommodation because it puts pressure on the days riding & ends up feeling like a time card rather than a holiday...
