Recorded on October 30, 2019 Queensland Rail's New Generation Rollingstock (also known as the NGR) were built by Bombardier Transportation in Savii and were first delivered in 2016. They are the successor to the electric multiple units and InterCity Express rollingstock and are currently the newest type of rollingstock in revenue service. Unlike all previous rollingstock, NGRs are semi-permanently coupled six-car sets, feature one toilet per six-car movement and do not have exposed couplers.
