I recently tested an Ideal SureTest circuit analyzer and discovered something shocking—when plugged into an outlet with an open neutral, it showed nothing at all. No warning, no error, just a blank screen. This could be dangerously misleading, making someone think there’s no power when the hot wire is actually live!
