Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 Business class - London Heathrow to Singapore! Enjoy the flight! I flew home on SQ317. Flight departed London at 1115hrs. It was an on-time departure. Flight time was 12.5 hours. The SQ A380 upper deck had 6 Suites and 78 Business class seats. Shortly after takeoff, satay was served. I had that with champagne. Can’t go wrong. Then lunch was served. I had opted for the inflight menu - Experience fine dining in the sky by Monica Galetti. The first course was Heritage Tomato Salad with Bresaola and Mint. A rainbow of heritage tomatoes dressed in verjus, black garlic emulsion, smoked bacon salt and summer herbs. For the main I went with Charred Lamb Neck with Basil Courgette Puree and Pea Salsa. It was Confit of lamb neck, served on a vibrant and smooth puree of basil and courgette, charred sweetcorn, pea salad, and finished with lamb jus split with wild garlic oil. I don’t usually take lamb but this main was superb! For dessert I had the Raspberry Pistachio Mousse with Raspberry Coulis - Vanilla and pistachio mousse on top of a sable biscuit with summer raspberries and toasted pistachio. Lovely dessert. Also had a cheese plate and some fruits. After all that food I went to sleep for a few hours. Middle of the flight, I woke up, and asked for some chicken noodle soup. Not bad. Finally breakfast service started about 2.5 hours before landing. I had booked the cook - Wan Ton Tong (wanton soup). Pretty good too. Flight landed safely in Singapore. thank God and #harpazo soon! The Beast will rely on the Whore of Babylon to rise into power. The Whore is the Revived Roman Empire, with her capital in Rome. She will be fabulously wealthy and entice all nations to join her economic system. But at the midpoint of the Tribulation, Rome will be destroyed by a giant earthquake in one hour.
