These can be food, water, or even junk items. I want to beat the game, using only these "taxes" that my settlers WILLINGLY give me. Rules for this run: I can only take items from settlement workbenches I cannot use materials from things scrapped in any settlements (other than when scrapping something I personally built) I can keep the current workbench items when gaining a new settlement ONLY IF they joined by choice.
