As well as being able to speak to lots of doctors, attend clinics, see patients and also sit in 3 surgical theatres, I got to speak to nurses and learn so much about a hospital working environment. This has definitely made me fall in love with medicine even more and it was a great opportunity to learn more about the NHS system!
