Bun Cha is one of my favourite dishes in Hanoi. I have eaten bun cha at many restaurants in the city. I am lucky that my favourite bun cha restaurant is minutes away from where I live. I wasn't convinced that there could be bun cha that was way better than my favourite restaurant. It was time to take the test.
