AER City Pack Pro - Major Design Issue!? Watch before buying!

I discovered an issue with my AER City Pack Pro today. I would recommend watching this video before buying. I hope that AER sees this video to correct the problem on an overall decent backpack. I noticed it when I first got caught in heavy rain, but I thought it was because of the position of the zippers (i.e. my fault). In actual fact, it's a design/quality issue. Is there anyone else who has experienced this? (Please watch the video first). Please feel free to comment in the comment section of the video. AER are a fairly new company, so hopefully, they can correct this design issue on future bags. It's a bit annoying!
