Well, I have sat through a couple of training videos laying out the best training schedules we could put together, now it is time to hit you with a bunch of random tips that we also learned. This is for anyone struggling with injury-prone players on Football Manager, for anyone trying to develop their wonderkids to the fullest, for people who want to actually know what the heck a sports scientist does for your team. Football Manager is always going to have little ambiguities, but my goodness we have done our best to get rid of all of them around training. I obviously knew these tests would have a lot to do with development. I do love a good wonderkid. But, I really did not anticipate the impact this training series would have on actually match-day performance in FM. I was a fool for not thinking about it, I’m glad we’re here.
