ABOUT: This video is a simple breakdown of how to get Ableton Link running on your MPC Live in MPC3 firmware. We can use multiple interfaces inside Ableton as our I/O and that can be really helpful for our routing, especially if we want to use the MPC as the brain fo our other gear and maintain control with it that way. We can record into sessions, or arrangement windows and still use our MPC Live as we normally would, just having the added possibilities of using Ableton to control or mix stuff. Super cool and lots of possibilities with this one depending on your confidence with Ableton. Let me know if this was helpful to you, I would love to hear some feedback on what you wanna see or what might make these videos better. If there is something you wanna know, leave a comment and I will do my best to answer it. I'll be making a bunch more of these helpful videos and I really hope they give you something you might have been missing all along!
