USCG operation to destroy a German weather reporting station on Little Koldewey Island on the Northeast coast of Greenland. Also included in this footage from the Summer of 1944 is the capture of crewman from a German trawler. The crew scuttled their trawler after being fired upon by Coast Guard Cutters following a 70 mile chase.
