It is an Act where payment is being given to an employee by certain employer if Some mishappening occurs to an employee like injury, death etc. OBJECTIVE It's objective is to compensate employees against accidents occurred in the industries. B) permanent total disablement Amount (60%. of monthly wages x Relevant factor(age)) or Rs. 90,000 whichever is the most. compensation is not included If accident happens due to carelessness. If employee has arms (like gun). If Workmen is under the influence of drink and drugs. If Accident happened due to negligence of safety measures.
