In this guided mobility routine, I take you through three reps of every movement designed to unlock your hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, ankles, and neck — helping you boost blood flow, improve posture, and increase your range of motion. This is more than just a warm-up. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, release tension, and build the foundations of long-term movement freedom. Note for beginners: Some of these movements may feel challenging at first — and that’s okay. If you’re struggling to keep up, simply pause the video and restart when you’re ready. Take it at your own pace. The goal here is consistency, not perfection. Important: Always move within a pain-free range of motion. If something feels too deep or intense, ease off and try a lighter version of the stretch. You’ll find regressions and beginner-friendly mobility options right here on my channel.
