4.4 - Entities Wise Operation with Vectors | URDU, HINDI

While working with vectors or matrices, we sometimes get an error of entities wise operation. This error occurs due to the functioning of MATLAB Software. MATLAB doesn't take the power of vectors as we take the power of numbers or variables. For taking the power of a vector, we need to take the power of each entity in a vector for that reason, we use dot '.' before any operation of MATLAB software. For Example: vect = [ 2 4 5 ] new_vect = vect ^ 2 if you do this, you will get an error because we can't take the power of a vector as a whole entity instead we use; new _vect = vect .^ 2, this will take the power of each entity in a vector.
