First, prepare the Poolish, Autolyse. Put all ingredients in each bowls and mix well. Cover the top and wait 45 minutes. 2. After 45 minutes, combine Poolish and Autolyse and mix. When the two doughs are well mixed, add salt and mix. 3. Transfer the dough to the workbench and knead it for about 5 minutes. Cover the top and wait 5 minutes. 4. Add unsalted butter(or olive oil), fold and mix well with the dough. 5. Cover the top and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size. 6. After about 1 hour, transfer the dough to the workbench and divide it into 6 pieces. Shape the each dough round, cover the top and wait 10 minutes. 7. After 10 minutes, round the dough again and transfer it to the pan. Let it proof for about 40-50 minutes in a warm place. 8. Dust a little of whole wheat flour and score the top before baking. Bake for about 13-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 220℃ (428℉). 💙 Thank you for watching 💙 #WholeWheatBread #DinnerRolls
