Packaging cookies is an important part of presentation when you're finished with your beautiful sugar cookies. It's also important for sealing in that freshness so you don't end up with stale cookies! In this video I demonstrate the quick and easy process of heat sealing my sugar cookies in cellophane bags (Polypropylene), and then I add on custom made cardstock labels, which you can make yourself, too! I used my completed Easter Kids cookies in this video. Just as a side note - yesterday we came across a cookie that I had made back in February for the Super Bowl, and had heat sealed it in one of these little cello bags. The cookie had been sitting in our pantry in its little bag for almost 2 months at this point, so we decided to open it up and taste it to see how fresh or stale it would be after so much time! Guess what - it still tasted about the same and the texture of the cookie was still soft! The heat sealing works!!
