This comes in handy if you hydro goes out or you want a simple ice coffee in the middle of the summer. Now, I drink my coffee black so I can black coffee but down below is the way to do it with cream and sugar... This is Rebel canning and I got this recipe from the Facebook group Rebel canners. Okay onto how I did it! Black coffee directions: Wash your jars and get them in your water bath canner to sterilize for the minimum of 20 minutes Make your coffee ( see below for cream and sugar directions) Pour it into your jars wipe the rims with vinegar Put on a lid put on a ring to finger tip tight Process for 20 minutes Lift your lid off with the heat off for 5 minutes before you pull your jars Processing with cream and sugar ( from Rebel Canners Facebook Group) add in the amount of cream and sugar you would normally put in your coffee process for 20 minutes Coffee Creamer Recipe: This is Pressure canned only 1 Litres of Milk 4 Cups of Brown Sugar dash of salt 2 Tbsp Vanilla Heat milk add in sugar heat until sugar is dissolved add in vanilla when heat is off Pour into jars and can as you would milk Thanks for hanging out with me today guys!
