Last week when I was reviewing the SuperEgo+, I showed a few modulation options using CV at the very end. As I dug deeper, I saw that many other pedals’ expression input can accept CV, and the some can also accept gate signals as a way for controlling the foot-switches. This obviously opens up a broad range of sequencing options. In this clip I demonstrate six ways a guitar pedal can be controlled by CV and gate and become part of a modular setup.
