For their Season of Revival, New Line Theatre presents their second production of The Rocky Horror Show, the absolutely wild, unpredictable sex farce about two straight-laced college kids who get swept into a world of debauchery and depravity after winding up in a castle full of alien transvestites. The Rocky Horror Show is an aggressively queer send-up of middle 20th-century American B-movies, using sci-fi/horror tropes of the time to satirize American sexual repression, a subject that is relevant now more than ever. PLEASE NOTE: New Line Theatre is NOT presenting a shadow cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, where you are allowed to shout and throw things at the actors.
