Here I demonstrate the following rotator cuff special tests: ✅ +Empty Can Test ✅ -Lift-off Test ✅ -Belly Press Test ✅ -Bear Hug Test ✅ +Hornblower's Test This patient had a full cervical spine clearing to rule out nerve root compression. Normal DTR's, = sensation, = distal MMT, - Spurling's, - c-spine compression. Biceps is intact. No palpable tenderness. Neg apprehension sign, neg Speed's test. 💥Biggest findings: Positive special tests above. Severe weakness with pain for shoulder ER, Flex, ABD. ❓❓ Other differentials would be shingles, suprascapular nerve injury, adhesive capsulitis. Hey!!!
