Over the last several videos we’ve talked about the mental and emotional side of starting over at 53. But a lot of people have been asking the same question… What’s the plan? In this video I go over the nutrition side of the journey and the approach I’ll be using to lose 110 pounds. I’ve tried a lot of different diets over the years — Body for Life, keto, carnivore, and more. For this journey I’m focusing on something simple and sustainable: a low-carb, carnivore/keto style approach combined with intermittent fasting. This channel isn’t about telling anyone what they should do. It’s about sharing the journey and building a community where we support each other while trying to get healthier.
