Get ready for a kiln opening with ALL the feels 😅 In this load, I’ve got berry bowls that tested my patience (every single hole punched, cleaned, and re-cleaned after glazing… whew), leaf dishes I thought I hated but ended up totally falling for, and a whole bunch of wine cups — some with cute cherry designs to celebrate Traverse City for my next show. 🍒 I also tried a new glaze technique called “Frozen Pond,” and oh. my. goodness. The moment I saw them, I actually gasped — they are that gorgeous. 💙✨ And yes… I get a little chatty in this one about my last art show, the West Bloomfield Orchard Lake Fine Arts Show, which was… let’s just say, not my favorite. The weather was rough, but the real kicker?
