Chicken Tandoori Smoky Sticks | Easy Pan Fried BBQ Recipe | Juicy & Spicy Chicken Skewers🍗🔥 In this video, I show you how to make delicious Chicken Tandoori Smoky Sticks at home using a pan. These chicken skewers are juicy, spicy, smoky, and full of BBQ flavor. Perfect for snacks, parties, or dinner. No oven or grill needed — just a simple pan and a few ingredients! Watch till the end to see how to get that amazing smoky tandoori flavour at home. 🛒Ingredients 🔶1 kg chicken breast (cut into cubes) 🔶1–2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 🔶2 tsp red chilli powder 🔶Salt (as per taste) 🔶½ tsp turmeric powder 🔶1–2 tsp tandoori masala 🔶1 tsp garam masala powder 🔶2 tsp corn flour 🔶A pinch red food colour (optional) 🔶1 medium red onion (cut into chunks) 🔶1 green capsicum (cut into cubes) 🔶1 yellow capsicum (cut into cubes) 🔶1 red capsicum (cut into cubes) 🔶Bamboo skewers 🔶Charcoal (for smoky flavour) 🔶1–2 tbsp oil (optional for coating) 👩🍳Preparation 1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken In a large bowl mix: Ginger garlic paste Red chilli powder Turmeric Tandoori masala Garam masala Salt Corn flour Red food colour (optional) Add chicken cubes and mix well until evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 1–2 hours (overnight is best). 2️⃣ Prepare the Skewers Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes (prevents burning). Thread the skewers alternating: Chicken Onion Capsicum pieces ⚡Example pattern: Chicken → Onion → Capsicum → Chicken → Capsicum → Onion. 3️⃣ Cook the Skewers You can cook them in different ways: Oven Preheat to 200°C. Place skewers on a tray. Bake 18–22 minutes, turning once. Pan / Tawa Heat little oil. Cook skewers on medium heat, turning until chicken is cooked. Grill / BBQ Grill until slightly charred and cooked through. 4️⃣ Add Smoky Flavour (Dhungar Method) 🔥 Heat a small piece of charcoal until red hot. Place a small metal bowl inside the cooked chicken tray. Put the hot charcoal in the bowl. Add a few drops of oil on the charcoal. Immediately cover for 3–5 minutes.
