Service was disappointing. One request I had with the front desk took 45 minutes. They kept saying oh just give me 2 minutes. Always seemed understaffed. Lighting in the King studio is somewhat dim in the living space and the bathroom also a mix of cold fluorescent lighting and regular lighting. The climate control had a mind of its own. The studio space was like a freezer and the bedroom like a sauna. No adjusting could seem to get a proper temperature. The TV was very sluggish and disappointing for what appeared to be a new setup. Also I found the push button light switches required several attempts to turn things on and off. What happened to simply having a normal switch. Smallest elevators I’ve even seen in a hotel with maybe the exception of NYC or London. View from the room you can see in the video of a couple power transformers right beside the room. Some of these are new hotel issues I’m sure they’ll sort out in time. Others like the physical layout or the location of the hotel there isn’t much they can do about. I’ll be going back to the sukhumvit 24 location and not returning to this one. Having said all of this it’s still far better than most properties in North America
