Not everyone who runs or exercises will experience a runner's high but those that do may find themselves exercising to chase that exquisite feeling - Kimberley Holland Runner's High is a documentary that explores both the physical and mental benefits of running through the telling of individual stories and an overall passion for the sport. This project is the culmination of multiple months' work and was presented as my final project at the University of Brighton, before I hope to graduate in the summer of 2025.
