ABOUT US: We moved from the city to the country one year ago, right before the Covid lockdown. So much has happened in the last year. We now have 6 horses (including a newborn foal), chickens, baby chicks, guinea fowl, a very handsome rooster, 2 adorable bunnies and 2 dogs that are adjusting to country living (one more successfully than the other). We have undertaken many renovations (both inside and outside), love sharing tips/ tricks/ hacks, trying to repurpose items or do things on a budget, and are always looking for the next DIY project. We started taking videos for family and friends to keep them updated on our journey as we navigate trading in city life for life on the farm... and decided others may be interested as well. So here we are on YouTube, and learning the in's and out's slowly but surely. I apologise for some of the poor video and audio quality, as well as wind in some clips. We have purchased a gimbal and quality microphones, and are working on continuously improving the video quality for future episodes (though I haven't quite figured out the outdoor microphones - I am working on it). Your patience and support are very much appreciated as we continue to learn how to produce quality videos.
