The High Stakes Treasure hunt can be attempted from chapter 3 onward, making it one of the best earners in the early game. It also potentially contributes towards 100% completion as it's an eligible treasure hunt for the Explorer Challenges. There's no fixed location for the first treasure map, however you should be able to collect it with relative ease if you follow the steps provided at the start of the High Stakes Treasure hunt guide video featured above. The random encounter required to collect treasure map 1 is no longer available in the later chapters of the game, at that point your only option is to purchase it from a Fence. Overall rewards include: 3x Gold Bars, which are worth $1500 in total.
