Inner Peace | 4 Hour Singing Bowls Sound Bath This sound bath is a gentle space to step out of the noise and return to stillness. If you can, use headphones and make yourself comfortable, lying down or sitting somewhere you feel supported. Let your shoulders soften. Unclench your jaw. Allow your breath to slow naturally. Take an easy inhale through the nose… and a longer, softer exhale. With every out-breath, give your body permission to settle a little more. As you listen, you may quietly repeat in your mind: I am at ease. I can soften. I am allowed to rest. There is nothing to do and nowhere to get to. If affirmations don’t resonate today, simply listen. Let the sound be your anchor whenever your mind wanders. For this next hour, you don’t have to think about the past or prepare for what comes next. Just breathe. Just listen.
