Eva Benefield, the daughter of deceased victim Doug Benefield, testified in court on Tuesday about how she first learned about her dad marrying ballerina mom Ashley Benefield and their relationship, just months after her mother's death. Eva stated that Ashley tried to become motherly towards her and how she did not like that. "She would go directly to my dad and tell him that I wasn't obeying," she said. She was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
