The secret lies in how we roast the dry fruits and coconut together to get that perfect aroma. Whether it's a special occasion or just a sweet craving, this recipe is a must-try! ❤️ 🛒 Ingredients: Milk: Full Cream Fine Vermicelli (Sevai): 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk: 1/2 Bowl Sugar: 1/2 Bowl (Adjust as per taste) Desi Ghee: For roasting Dry Fruits: Cashews (Kaju), Almonds (Badam), Pistachios (Pista), Dry Dates (Chhuhaare) Special Touch: Chironji & Raisins (Kismis) Flavor Boost: Coconut Powder (Nariyal Burada) Aromatics: Cardamom Powder (Elaichi), Kewra Water & Saffron (Kesar) 👩🍳 Method: Roast Nuts: Heat Desi Ghee and roast Kaju, Badam, Pista, Chironji, and Dry Dates. Remove once aromatic. Fry Kismis: Quickly fry raisins separately (they puff up fast!) and set aside. The Secret Step: In the same ghee, roast the fine vermicelli and Nariyal Burada together until golden. This gives an amazing flavor! The Base: Boil the Milk. Add Saffron strands, Condensed Milk, Elaichi powder, and a few drops of Kewra water. Thicken: Let it simmer until it starts looking rich and creamy. Combine: Mix in your roasted Sevai, Coconut, and Crunchy Dry Fruits. Sweeten: Add 1/2 bowl of sugar (or as per your taste). Final Touch: Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
