The bonnet won’t open, firstly on the main catches (there are 2 one at each side) requiring multiple pulls on the bonnet release before the catches relies. Also the safety catch will not open at all. I show how to easily release the safety catch and repair the fault in an easy step by step process. The vehicle in question is an Audi Q3 but most modern Audi’s will be of an identical or similar design.
