A very nice sci-fi horror serial from the early 1980s, Outbreak of Fear is of particular interest because of its superficial resemblance to the BBC TV show The Nightmare Man from the year before. However, Doctor Who fans will likely also be tickled by the presence of a character played by Nicholas Courtney; little hints suggest that he may in fact be The Brigadier (Courtney's character from Doctor Who), but of course it certainly isn't confirmed...
