A green dosa is mix of dals (lentils). It is originally from south India known as Pesarattu. In other places of India, it is also known as Puda or Chilla. It is spicy and savory; it’s like a thin and crispy crepe. This dosa does not need to be fermented. It is famous in south India but has become famous all over India due to its nutritional value. People eat it for breakfast, or for dinner with spicy green chutney, ketchup or dipping sauce of their like.
