The game was made in 2006 and later ported to PC in 2008, Bully Scholarship Edition WAS NOT PROGRAMMED to run on Quad Core CPU's (or Hyperthreaded CPU's) it's not Windows 10 fault, It's your CPUs fault, so how do we make it work? disabling my Cores? no, that's too extreme, we're gonna make the game use ONLY 2 CPU Cores.
