After the first cut i was smiling :D turned out pretty good. "Glad it worked" The steel tube was a 42,4x2mm (1 1/4 ) tube, the Aluminum template was a 50x3mm Tube. Ok.... you have to build for every tube and angle that you need a template but than you can use it hundreds times :) The 45° angle it allmost the last angle that you can cut on the Welding Turn Table! After that the plasma cutting torch is not able to go back and forth without stucking and jumping on the template! Thats why I put a little bit grease on it. Probably there must be another suport to push the torch back...another story! P.s: Also you are able to build a template for just straight cuts or certain angles, up to you :) And if you liked it don't forgot to give me a thump up
