This video is about Scleral fixation of IOL and capsule Complex to stabilise the IOL and Capsule complex for a patient with high and intolerable wobbly and jumping image while driving, following a successful phaco and IOL surgery and 6/5 vision a few months previously, that interfered with his daily activities and driving. The wobbly image was due to fine movement of the IOL and capsule complex. The IOL and capsule complex was fixated with double ended 10.0 prolene sultures that were passed from opposite side first under the haptic then above the haptic to hold the IOL on each side and the knot buried in a radial scleral groove on each side as you can see in this video. He was very pleased after the surgery and could resume safely his driving with 6/5 vision.
