Akshaya Tritiya Special – Sri Mahalakshmi Stotram – Kubera Lakshmi Mantras for Wealth & Prosperity

Akshaya Tritiya Special – Sri Mahalakshmi Stotram – Kubera Lakshmi Mantras for Wealth & Prosperity 00:03 – Sri Mahalaskhmi Stotram - Dr.R.Thiagarajan Akshaya Tritiya, also known as Akti or Akha Teej, is annual spring time festival of the Hindus and Jains. It falls on the third Tithi (lunar day) of Bright Half (Shukla Paksha) of Vaisakha month. It is observed regionally by Hindus and Jains in India and Nepal as signifying the "third day of unending prosperity".[5] The festival date varies and is set according to the lunisolar Hindu calendar, and falls in April or May of every year in the Gregorian calendar. Lakshmi is also called Sri or Thirumagal because she is endowed with six auspicious and divine qualities, or Gunas, and also because she is the source of strength even to Vishnu. When Vishnu incarnated on the Earth as the avatars Rama and Krishna, Lakshmi took incarnation as his consort. Sita (Rama's wife), Radha (Krishna's lover), Rukmini and Satyabama are considered forms of Lakshmi. In ancient scriptures of India, all women are declared to be embodiments of Lakshmi. The marriage and relationship between Lakshmi and Vishnu as wife and husband, states Patricia Monaghan, is "the paradigm for rituals and ceremonies for the bride and groom in Hindu weddings Subscribe to our Indian Classical Music Channel: https://goo.gl/D2hEjg #akshayatritiya #srilakshmistotram #mantra #lakshmi #drrthiagarajan #kuberalakshmimantra #chants
