Males die by suicide at 4 times the rate of females. Adam was bullied, it started on social media where a post about him went viral. His Mother believes this is what triggered his suicide. Anti-depressants work for some people and talk therapy for others, but what seems to help Thabo is a shift in thoughts from negative to positive.
