So many of you have requested more pressure cooker recipes, so here I am, sharing one of our favorites! Italian style chicken soup. This is super flavorful with a rich broth that will make you happy. I have added the regulars here, carrots, onion and celery, but added diced tomatoes, garlic and some spices. I also threw in some spinach before serving with tiny shell pasta. A sprinkling of Parmesan and black pepper and dinner is served! Chicken soup that tastes like you cooked all day ready in about an hour! I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!
