Here are three exampled of how weight placement in ballet can really transform a movement. It's important throughout your work, but I thought I'd share three specific examples here. I show you how a Grand Battement, a Developpé and a glissade are all really improved by using the correct weight placement. Apply this awareness in all your ballet classes and watch your dancing improve every week. Aim to improve a little tiny bit in every class and that improvement will have a compound effect on your work.
