Facing growing market demand, Brickco needed to expand capacity while maintaining consistent block quality. Hawen Machinery supplied two QT10-15 fully automatic block making machines, designed for high efficiency and stable performance. Key Features: Mechanical System: High-strength steel frame, four-shaft vibration box with eccentric blocks outside the housing for uniform compaction and reduced cement usage. Hydraulic System: Independent station with Japanese YUKEN proportional & directional valves, American ALBERT hydraulic pump, fan cooler, ensuring stable pressure and reliable operation. Control System: SIEMENS S7-200 PLC with touch panel and remote monitoring, for precise, repeatable production cycles. Mixing System: MP750 planetary mixer for uniform cement and aggregate mixing, fully integrated with the QT10-15 forming system. Pallet System: GMT pallets (1150 × 950 mm) for rigidity and stable support during vibration and pressing. Production Verification: Solid bricks: 198 × 58 × 95 mm, 13,500 pcs/hour Hollow blocks: 398 × 148 × 200 mm, 2,100–2,200 pcs/hour Shipment: Delivered by sea to Port Said, Egypt, in mid-January. Transit time: ~35–40 days. Outcome: Brickco’s production capacity has significantly increased, quality is consistent, and operational stability is improved.
