On our way to Florida for our December Florida getaway, we planned to stay the night at Amelia Island, wake up refreshed in the morning and head over to Amelia Adventures for an exciting adventure. Our hopes were to see the wild horses of Cumberland Island, but it turns out we were in for a whole lot more. As we explored the Cumberland National Seashore we found sand dollars washed up on the beach. We Learned some history of Fort Clinch from our guide and paddled across the Amelia River and St Marys River. Join us on this adventure.
