After learning his ex-wife had been killed, O.J. Simpson returned to Los Angeles on June 13, 1994 with a very noticeable and still bloody cut to the middle finger of his left hand. When and where did O.J. Simpson cut his finger? Did the cut to Mr. Simpson’s finger occur during a violent fight or in a far more innocent manner? Simpson trial per episode, focuses on the large cut to Mr. Simpson’s left, middle finger. On June 13, 1994 O.J. Simpson was scheduled to appear at a golf tournament in Chicago, Illinois for Hertz Corporation. Mr. Simpson traveled on a red-eye flight from Los Angeles to Chicago on June 12, 1994. American Airlines flight 668 departed Los Angeles International Airport at 11:45 p.m Pacific Time (PT) which arrived at O’Hare International Airport at 5:20 a.m. Central Time (CT). All of the executives and guests of Hertz Corporation were lodged at the O’Hare Plaza Hotel. Mr. Simpson checked into the hotel at 6:15 a.m. CT on June 13, 1994. At 8:05 a.m. Detective Ron Phillips of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) called Mr. Simpson’s room at the O’Hare Plaza Hotel and notified him that his ex-wife has been killed and his children were taken to the West Los Angeles Police Station for safekeeping. A distraught Mr. Simpson told Detective Phillips he would return to Los Angeles immediately. After making several telephone calls to make his travel arrangements, Mr. Simpson checked out of the O’Hare Plaza Hotel at 8:30 a.m. CT. Mr. Simpson’s flight, American Airlines flight 1691, departed Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport at 9:41 a.m. CT. O.J. Simpson arrived to his home at 360 North Rockingham Avenue in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles at 12:10 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). He was met by LAPD officers and detectives upon his arrival. The detective in charge of the Rockingham crime scene, Philip Vannatter, immediately noticed the bloody bandage on the middle finger of Mr. Simpson’s left hand. When, where and how did O.J.
